S. John Nostwich, 35, of 252 Shawnee Path, Akron, died September 18, 1977 at Akron City Hospital.
Mr. Nostwich was a life resident of Akron. He was an attorney and was a partner with the law firm of Koerber, Nostwich & Ufholz. He had been assistant director of law for the city of Akron from 1967 to 1969. He graduated Cum Laude from Akron University in 1964 and Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1967. He was a member of the Goodyear Heights United Presbyterian Church, the Akron, Ohio and American Bar Associations.
He is survived by wife, Jane; daughters, Jennifer and Elizabeth, both of the residence; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Nostwich of Akron; brother James Sloat, of Evansville, IN; and many aunts and uncles.

John, You are lost one in the class and we will still miss you and sorry that you are not with us to celebrate 50 year of graduation from Highland. May be you remembered all of us and sorry you had to die so young. FayeGary L Bolte
John I remember reading your obits in the paper and was really taken back. You were one of the nicest guys in class and one of the smartest. I am sorry you left us so soon, and am sure you would have contributed much in the game of life if you had lived longer.
