Richard Freese


Richard L. "Frosty" Freese, 73, passed away suddenly on January 11, 2014.  He was born in Lodi, lived in Medina most of his life and resided in Barberton for the past 28 years.  He retired from B and C Research after 17 years of service.  He was a member of the Magic City Democratic Club and various square dance clubs.  Most of all, Dick loved riding his motorcycle and watching NASCAR.

Preceded in death by his parents, Edna and Orlin, he is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Jancie L., sons. Brian, Mark (Lisa) and Paul; stepsons, Kenny (Penny) Mong and Donny Mong (Sharon Howell); five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Heath, Jeanette (Carl) Barkalow, Evelyn Gregory, Ethel (Harry) Stempeski and Donna (Jerry) Snyder; brothers, Jim (Sue Ellen) and John C. (Shirley); and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Dick you were one of the funniest and fun loving guys in school. I remember well the laughs we had together. You will be missed by many my friend, I am sure. Rest in peace.
