Lawrence A. Copperman, 67, of Lakeland, Florida, formerly of Medina, lost his battle with cancer on Monday, July 27, 2009. Larry was born on December 3, 1941, in Cleveland. He was a veteran, a Cleveland firefighter and a member of the BPOE 1291.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Jo Ann; mother, Betty Copperman of Medina; brother, Lance Copperman of Roanoke, Virginia and many nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his father; Lawrence A. Copperman, Sr; sisters, Patricia (Willard) and Sharon
(Ogle).

Larry your were a great friend and classmate. I remember your aggressive play on the football field, and you attacked your illness with the same determination. I will see you in Heaven and we will have some laughs.
